The following errors may be displayed as login or connectivity errors.

Mail service is

Server

Voice mail service is
not enabled on MAX
Communication
Server.
MaxCommunicator
uses this dll to commu-
nicate with MAX Com-
munication Server. It
should be registered in
user system.
The password is incor-
rect.
Solution
Maintain the number of Max-
Communicator license keys or
add additional session licens-
ing.
Check the server field (IP
address or DNS name) by:
1. Pinging the network server
address OR
2. Try using the IP address of
MAX Communication Server
using the DNS name in the
server field).
Wait awhile, then try again.
Make sure voice mail service
is started.
Re-register this file. Type in
DOS command window,
regsver32 AlpInterface.dll
Change directory to MaxCom-
municator directory, type
regsver32 AlpInterface.dll
Enter your extension pass-
word.
