Symptom
The message "The pen bat-

Marks written with a white-
board marker cannot be
erased.

Possible cause and solution
Replace the electronic pen's battery with a new one.
Because the elite Panaboard is designed exclusively for projector
images, you cannot erase the marks with a standard eraser.

Use a commercially available melamine foam eraser to erase.
