The IdeaPad computer with these wireless devices complies with FCC rules Part 15
Subpart C and was certified by FCC with FCC ID: HFS-FL. The FCC ID is indicated
at the label affixed on the bottom side of your computer.
I. WLAN Mini PCI Express Card
The WLAN Mini PCI Express Card is preinstalled by Lenovo, and is exclusive for
your IdeaPad computer. You are prohibited to replace it with any other wireless
features.
If the WLAN Mini PCI Express Card requires replacement via the proper steps shown
®
in "Getting help around the World" of the Lenovo
IdeaPad S9e and S10e User Guide,
shipped with your computer, Lenovo will send you a spare part or request you to
send your computer with the card to Lenovo so that Lenovo will repair it.
Wireless LAN Mini PCI Express Cards marketed in the USA and Canada do not
support nor function in the extended channels (12ch, 13ch).
The FCC RF Exposure compliance: The radiated energy from the Main and
Auxiliary antennas connected to the Wireless LAN Mini PCI Express Card conforms
to the FCC limit of the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) requirement regarding 47 CFR
Part 2 section 1093, when the computer was tested in the conventional notebook
setting.
II. Bluetooth device
The FCC RF Exposure compliance: The radiated output power of the Bluetooth
device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits. Therefore, a 20 cm of
separation between the Bluetooth antenna and human body is not required.
III. Simultaneous use of RF transmitters
Your IdeaPad computer is approved for simultaneous use of the transmitters listed
below:
