Sending in Message

A picture that you have taken may be sent in a MMS message or Email.

After taking a picture, press Softkey 2 (Send) to save the picture to the Photo folder of
Pictures and display the New MMS or New Email.
If the photo size is set to SXGA, the picture is too large to send in a MMS message or Email.

Camera Options Menu

Before Taking a Picture

This options menu applies to the camera viewfinder before taking a picture. Camera settings and
effects may be selected when taking a picture(s).
To display the Camera Options menu,

Must have the camera activated and he camera viewfinder screen displayed.
Press MENU (Options Menu) to display the Options menu and select the option number.
The following list describes the menu options that display for camera settings and effects.
(1) Burst mode
(2) Shoot environment
(3) Effect
(4) Photo size
(5) Image quality

Set the shooting mode to Single or Burst mode (serial shooting).
This option is available for only Sub-QCIF and QCIF photo sizes.
Changes the camera settings to suit he environment.
(1) Standard, (2) Person, (3) Room, or (4) Darkness.
Applies a special color effect to the taken picture.
(1) Off, (2) Sepia, (3) Monochrome, or (4) Negative film.
Set the preferred size of the picture that you want.
(1) Sub-QCIF, (2) QCIF, (3) Wallpaper, (4) VGA, or (5) SXGA.
Set the image quality of the picture.
(1) Super fine, (2) Fine, (3) Normal, (4) Economy, or (5) Super
economy
Refer to page 84 for
instructions on creating
and sending a MMS
message.
Sepia effect converts
colors to black-and-white
and then to brownish gray
to dark olive brown to
enhance the dramatic
effect and/or create an
"antique" appearance.
Monochrome effect
converts colors to
black-and-white.
Negative effect coverts
colors to look like
negative film–dark colors
become light, and light
colors become dark.
