Portable printer Overview

Power Indicator Status

Green light on: Normal use status/full charge.
Red light on: Cover opened/No paper/Over-heat/Charging.
Blue light on: Bluetooth pairing success.
Green light flashing: Paper suction mode, please install the folded paper.
Red light flashing: Low battery, please charge promptly.
Blue light flashing: Bluetooth is initializing or initialization failed. Please close the app, restart the printer, and connect it once the blue light stops flashing.

Install and Replace Paper

Open The Cover
Press the left and right paper exchange button at the same time to open the cover
Put Paper
Close The Cover
Paper Limiter Is Used
Push the paper limiter against the edge of the roll (Customizable placement distance for adjustment)

warning Note: Make sure to load the Munbyn brand thermal paper with the print side facing up.

information Tips: If there is a black line when scraping the paper, it is the printing side.

Folding Paper Installation Guide

(Make sure there is no roll paper in the printer)

Unpack
Take out Paper
Loading Paper
Tear Paper
Please tear off along the tear line

warning Note: Please use Munbyn brand A4 thermal folding paper for printing. It is compatible with ITP04 portable thermal printers. Using other paper brands may cause printing issues.

Using a Paper Holder

Sliding paper rack
Load corresponding size paper roll
Paper edge needs over the printer
Slide the paper rack to the right and secure the roll of paper

Mobile App Printing

Step 1: Long press the power button until the blue light flashes and turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. Then download and open the Sharpfox App.
Tips: For Android phone, you need to turn on the mobile phone's Bluetooth and GPS.
Step 2: Connect to printer and select content to print within the app. (Tips: Do not connect the printer in the mobile phone Bluetooth settings.)

A USB to Type-C adapter is required to connect to a Mac computer.

Connect Device

Computer Printing

Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer.
Step 2: Connect the printer to the computer using the original Type C data cable.
Step 3: Visit https://bit.ly/munbynsdk to download the printer driver.
To install the driver, follow these steps.

warning Note: When installing the driver, a security warning alert may pop up. Please click "More Info" first, then click the "Run anyway" button to agree to run the installation.

Install the Driver for Windows

You can obtain the driver by accessing this link: munbyn.biz/lTP04wind

Run the "ITP04-Windows-Driver.exe" installer. Then follow the installation prompts until you see the message "Driver installation is complete".
When printing the required documents, select the printer to print.

Install the Driver for Mac

You can obtain the driver by accessing this link: munbyn.biz/lTP04mac

Step 1: Run the "ITP04 Printer Driver_Mac VI.I.4.pkg" installer. Follow the installation prompts until you see the message "The installation was successful".
Step 2: Set the printer as the default mode. Please follow the steps in the picture:
1. Open the System Preferences and click on [Printers & Scanners].
2. Click [+] to add a printer.

lnstall the Driver for Mac - Step 1

Select [ITP04 USB] and click [Select Software] to search for ITP04.
Choose [ITP04], and click [OK].
Click [Add] to add the printer.

Clean the Printer Head

If the printer does not print clearly or white line marks aapear, clean the print head.
Clean the Printer Head

Turn off the printer and remove the paper roll from the printer cover.
Please dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab in medical alcohol to clean the printer head, and wait for I to 2 minutes before using the printer again.
