REMOTE CONTROL
NOTE : The Remote Control will not operate properly if strong light shines on the sensor window of the Air
Conditioner or if there are obstacles between the Remote Control and the Air Conditioner.
Every time you push button, you will hear a beep from the Air Conditioner.
POWER
eTo turn the air conditionerON, push the button. To turn the air conditionerOFF, push the
button again. This button takes priority over any other button.
When you first turn it on, the air conditioner is on the High coot mode and the Temp. at
70OF
TEMPERATURE SETTING
• This button can automatically control the temperature of the room.
The temperature can be set within a range of 64°F to 82°F.
• Every time you push TEMP down button, it advances the Mode setting as
flows: •(82°F) _ • • (76°F) _ • • •(70°F) _ • • • •(64 ° F).
• Every time you push TEMP up button, it advances the Mode setting as flows:
oo••(64OF) _ o••(70OF)_ ••(76°F) _ o(82OF).
TIMER OPERATION
The timercan be usedto eitherturnon or turn off the air
conditioner:
-Timer function for yuming ON the air conditioner:
• With the POWERoff, pressthe timer buttonto the number of
hours when you want the air conditionerto come on. This model
will come on in either 1 hour,3 hours,6 hours or in 10 hours.

• If it is 7 am andyou want the unit to come on at 5 pm press the timer buttontwice
so that a '10' shows up in the control panelwindow. The unit will come on in 10 hours.
You do not need to press the POWER buttonto turn on the unit. The timer function
will turn it on automaticallyin 10 hours.
-Timer function for turning OFF the air conditioner:
• This function will work only when the unit is already runningand powered on.Selectthe number of hours you want
to shut off time.If it is 9 pm at night andyou want the unit to shut off at 12 am (midnight), pressthe timer button
twice so that a '3' shows up inthe control panel window. The unit will shut off in 3 hours.
• The timer function can be set in 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour and 10 hour increments.Youcan set the unit to come on in
1 hour,3 hours,6 hours or 10 hours which is the maximumdelay time;or you can enterthese same number of
hours (maximumof 10 hours) unit the will shut off.
• The delay timer functions to either turn on in a certain number of hours or turn off in a certain number of hours by
manually inputtingthe number of hours.

• Every time you push this button, it will shift among COOL - HI, COOL - LOW, FAN
ONLY - HI, FAN ONLY - LOW.
