17 – I'm moving, what to do with my products
When you change your home, there are two options for your Netatmo products:
1. Leave the products in the former accommodation.
In this case, it is recommended to reset the products to remove all traces of your
personal data.
To do this, simply uninstall the Relay:
Settings > Manage my home > [Relay Name]
> Uninstall the Relay.
The new owner will simply have to download the Netatmo Energy application and
follow the instructions to install the products as if they were new.
2. Keep the products and install them in the new home.
In this case, it is not necessary to reset the products before moving.
Before physically installing your products in the new home, it is imperative to check
the compatibility of the new heating system. To do so, go to our online tool:
check.netatmo.com
Once the products have been installed, go to the Netatmo Energy application to
configure your Wi-Fi network.
NB: remember to modify the parameters of your House:
Settings > Manage my
home > Home Parameters > Location and Home Profile
