Rhythmstar-W picked up yesterday. It worked overnight, then flashed charge light. Put in charger, took 2+ hours to get a green light. I then put it on with new electrodes. It flashed a white triangle. I cannot get it to start

Do I have to tap the monitor if you feel an event or is it recording.

The RhythMedix RhythmStar monitor allows the patient to manually record an event by pressing the Record Button when experiencing symptoms. However, it also automatically records and transmits asymptomatic cardiac events without requiring any action from the patient.

I plugged in the charger and monitor but I’m only seeing a white triangle. No red. No green. Suggestions?
