PROgRaMMINg yOUR ESPRESSO MaCHINE The Cuisinart has programming capabilities. Based on café settings, the espresso functions are set at 1.5 and 3.0 oz. However, by following a few simple steps, you can pre-program your perfect serving size down to the ounce.

CLEaNINg THE gRaTE ON THE dRIP TRay • T he grate should be removed, emptied and cleaned frequently, particularly when the drip tray is full. • The grate can be washed in warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly. Use a non-abrasive washing liquid (do not use abrasive cleaners, pads or cloths which can scratch the surface).
