Relationship Between the Shutter, Diaphragm, and Mirror
Press the shutter release button.
Mirror begins to snap up.
The shutter clicks.
The diaphragm closes
down to pre·set f /stop.
Mirror is up.
The diaphragm returns
to maximum opening.
Mirror returns to
the former position.
