MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan TR310 Treadmill will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. Contact the Trojan Repair Centre for advice on suggested lubricants. Attention: All repairs to be executed by a qualified Trojan technician in order to keep your warranty in tact. To avoid slipping during running, the belt should not be loose; for avoiding the more abrasion between the roller and belt and maintain the machine’s good running, the belt should not be too tight. - Page 30 Pull out of the safety clock and switch, turn the left and right adjusting bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, then re-start running, in order to confirm the running belt is secured and fastened adequately.
