Problem
Too much vibra-
tion and/or unusual
noises.
Decreased or
no grinding perform-
ance.
The product does not
start.

Troubleshooting
Cause
The grinding disc is worn or damaged.
The bearing is damaged.
Unwanted material deposit on the coupling.
The diamond tools are worn.
The incorrect type of diamond tools for the
surface.
The stop button is engaged during first start
up.
A damaged component.
Incorrect phase comes into the product.
The extension cable is disconnected or dam-
aged.
No power supply.
The motor protection switch is in operation
because of overload.
The motor has a damage.
The incorrect type of diamond tools for the
surface.
The diamond tools are incorrectly attached or
attached at different heights on the grinding
disc.
The grinding disc is worn or damaged.
The grinding disc is worn or damaged.
The diamond tools are incorrectly attached or

Too high a load or not sufficient power sup-
ply.
Solution
Examine the grinding disc for damaged parts
and too much movement.
Do a check of the bearing on the axle drive
shaft and replace if it is necessary.
Clean the coupling.
Replace the worn parts.
Replace the diamond tools with correct dia-
mond tools for the surface.
Disconnect the power cord and wait for 1
minute until all power is out of the product.
Connect again the power cord and start
product.
Replace the damaged component.
Do a check of the power supply.
Connect the extension cable or if it is neces-
sary, replace the extension cable.
Connect the product to a power outlet.
Decrease the load.
Do a check of the motor.
Replace the diamond tools with correct dia-
mond tools for the surface.
Make sure that all diamond tools are installed
correctly and have the same height.
Do a check on the grinding discs for broken
sections or too much movement.
Examine the grinding disc for damaged parts
and too much movement.
Make sure that all diamond tools are installed
correctly and that all have the same height.
Do a check of the power supply.
Decrease the grinding pressure, increase the
number of diamond tools or increase the
bond hardness.
