WARRANTY
The Powermatic 3 Plus electric cigarette injector is only suitable for personal and
non commercial use and comes with a limited warranty of 1 year or a maximum of
10,000 cigarettes produced, whichever comes first. Counted from the date of
purchase, or if the machine is not shipped immediately on the date of purchase, the
date of receipt of the machine. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser
of the machine together with the proof of purchase.
The machine is only suitable for processing volume tubing tobacco.
We guarantee that the machine meets the specifications stated in the offer, meets the
reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability for personal and private use
and is free from any defects.
If a defect occurs, this must be reported to the seller in writing within 5 days of
discovery with a clear description of the problem, including your full contact and
address details. Within the stated warranty period you are entitled to free repair of
defects in material and workmanship. The seller reserves the right to exchange the
machine if repair is not possible or the repair costs are less favorable than the cost
of a new machine.
The machine must be used strictly according to the user manual. Any form of
warranty will be void if the defect is due to the following causes:
1. Repair work not carried out by the seller or the designated service point;
2. Improper use, use for a purpose other than that for which the machine is intended;
3. changes to the machine made without the permission of the seller;
4. the use of non-original parts;
5. normal wear and tear and/or poor cleaning;
6. external influences, such as exposure to moisture (sweat, condensation, etc.).
Excluded from the warranty:
1. professional and/or commercial use
2. damage to the machine during transportation
