Routine check
Danger to health
Damaged seals in the quick-release couplings can force wash wa-
ter and particles into the air regulator. This prevents the air regu-
lator from working properly.
Have the quick-release coupling with damaged seals replaced with
an original spare part.
The insert must be checked regularly to make sure it is functioning
correctly.
Daily
During the daily routine, visually check the seals in the quick-re-
lease couplings to ensure they are intact.
Weekly
During the weekly routine, check that the pressure chamber is air-
tight.
To do this:
Fit the quick-release couplings on the insert with blind covers.
Apply compressed air to the insert.
The compressed air indicator must remain switched after an hour.
