The Consumer Cellular Iris Flip has a T3/M4 hearing aid compatibility rating. To connect it to a hearing aid, try the following steps:

1. Check Compatibility: Ensure your hearing aid is compatible with telecoil (T) or microphone (M) modes, as the phone is rated T3/M4.
2. Enable Hearing Aid Mode: If your hearing aid has a telecoil setting, switch it on for better compatibility.
3. Test for Interference: Hold the phone near your hearing aid and make a call to check for interference or clarity issues.
4. Adjust Settings: If you experience interference, try adjusting the volume or positioning the phone differently.
5. Consult a Professional: If needed, ask your hearing aid manufacturer or healthcare provider for additional compatibility guidance.

For further details, check the phone’s manual or contact Consumer Cellular support.
