DHW Temperature layering

The water temperature distribution in the tank is not homogeneous! Due to the thermodynamic
properties of the refrigerant, the water is at different temperatures across the tank volume.
(Top: discharge gas cooling area
Middle: condensing area
Bottom subcooling area)
This is expected to result in a layering of temperatures.
