(8) Removal of the operation PCB (M-2) and the LCD.
a) Remove the right and left cabinet. (Refer to 6-1-(1))
b) Remove the transmission mechanical unit. (Refer to
6-1-(2))
c) Remove
two
screws
(one screw
at each
end)
securing the operation panel. (Fig. 6-4)
d) Remove
two screws
securing the cover located
back side of the operation panel. (Fig. 6-6)
e) Disconnect the CN24 on the M-2. (Fig. 6-7)
f} Remove eleven screws in total securing the M-2.

g) Remove two screws securing the LCD. (Fig. 6-7)

a) Remove

screws

the cover
of the

(1) Replacement of the contact image sensor (CIS)

a) Remove the right and left cabinet. (Refer to 6-1-(1))

c) Turn over the transmission
mechanical
unit and
