Setting The Temperature Control:
The temperatureof the Wine Cooler is controlled
by adjusting/settingthe thermostatcontrol knob,
focated on the exterior rear walt of the cabinet,
To start the Wine Cooler and achleve maximum
coofing quickly;
,
Turn the temperature controlknob clockwise
to the furthest 'Max' (maximum) setting on
the wider blue secUonof the graduated
control dial.
Allow the unit to run at this settingfor 3-4
hours,
When maximum coolingis achieved, turn
back the temperaturecontrol knob setting to
the 10 o'clock position on the graduated blue
control dial. See figs
To turn off the Wine Cooler, (no cooling)
rotate the controlknob to the "O" (off)
position. See fig A

Wait 3 to 5 minutes before restarting tf opera-
tion has bean interrupted,

perartly disconnectthe coolingcycle, When the
Wtne Cooler is notto be used for a long pedod of
time, disconnect the plug and leave the door par-
tiallyopen

Your Wine Cooler is designed with an "Auto-
Cycle" defrost system What is Auto Cycle
defrost?
The refrigerated surfaces defrost automatically
duringthe "off" cycle of the cotdcontrol,, (thermo-
stat) Defrost water is disposed of automaUcalty0
by means of being channeled onto a dflp tray
located on the compressor, Heat transfer from
the compressor causes the defrost water to
evaporate,
If you
move,
remove or
securely fasten
down all
loose items Inside the Wine
Cooler, To avoid damaging
the leveling
screws,
turn
them all the way into the
base.
Vacation Time
For short vacation periods,
leave the control knobs at
their, usual settings° During
Iongar absences;
I, Remove elf bottles.
