(7) Remove the screws @, @, ©, @, © and © shown
in Fig. 34 from the rotational mechanism
unit (at
right side), and detach the rotational
mechanism
unit from the writing sheet board. The same proce-
dures
apply
to
removal
of
the
left
rotational
mechanism unit.
Reassembly of Rotational Mechanism Unit
(1) Referring to the assembly drawing of the rotational
mechanism
unit shown
in Fig. 34, align the screw
holes of the rotational
mechanism
unit with those
of the writing sheet board. Then temporarily fix the
screw (); this screw is used as a datum screw to
decide the accuracy of the rotational
mechanism
unit.
(2) Also referring to Fig. 34, temporarily fix the screw
@ which
is used to decide
the accuracy
in the
vertical direction and secure the screw @) complete-
ly. Then
secure
the screw
@) firmly
and
fix the
screws @), @, © and © in this order.
(3) The same
procedures
apply to reassembly
of the
left rotational mechanism
unit.
(4) Attach the writing sheet board, with the rotational
mechanism unit secured on it, to the main body and

temporarily fix the two screws at the center of the
board, one each at the upper and lower parts. (At
the time, be careful not to allow the leads of the
rotational mechanism
unit to be entwined between
the rotational mechanism
board and main body.)
Referring to Fig. 33 secure the screws at the places
@, ©, © and @.
@ Connect the connectors PA and RO at the photo-
interrupter PWB and arrange the leads using the
lead holder.
Connect
the plunger
lead (coming
from the rota-
tional mechanism
unit) to the relay connector and
the leads (coming from the motor) to the connec-
tors RE and FF at the main PWB. Arrange the leads
using the lead holders.
Remove
the two
screws
which
have
temporarily
fixed the writing sheet board and attach the writing
sheet to the board according to the instruction in
"Attachment of Writing Sheet".
Attach
the
rear
cover,
printer,
paper
guide
and
paper tray in this order to the main
body. Thus,
replacement
of the
rotational
mechanism
unit
is
completed.
