Film Feed Errors (SA-21) Film Feed Errors (SA-21) If fi lm jams in the SA-21, the scanner status LED will fl icker on and off about fi ve times a second. Normally, the fi lm will be ejected automatically. If the scanner fails to eject the fi lm, follow the instructions below.
