If your Randy's Inspo+ stopped drawing despite having material in the cartridge, check the following:
1. Ensure Proper Airflow – If too much material is in the atomizer, it may block airflow. Use smaller portions and try again. 2. Check Cartridge Connection – Clean the threads on your cartridge to ensure a clear connection. 3. Look for Errors – If the device blinks red three times, there may be a connection issue. If problems persist, contact support.

According to the provided information, the white LED light on the Randy's Inspo+ flashes three times when no cartridge is detected. If the white light is flashing even when a cartridge is installed, it may indicate that the device is not properly recognizing the cartridge. This could be due to issues such as improper installation, a faulty connection, or an incompatible cartridge.
