Regular cleaning and maintenance of your Loov is highly recommended. If you lose any part or piece of your Loov, head back to the shop where you purchased your Loov or check at Randys.com. To clean your Loov glass beaker, use Randy’s Black Label. -

LIMITED WARRANTY Randy’s offers 2 types of warranties on all of our Electronics! LIMITED WARRANTY (1 YEAR) Covers defects that may be present, such as electrical components. LIMITED COMPONENT PART WARRANTY (1 YEAR) Covers damages involving glass, coils, and/or mouthpieces. Please do not return to the store for any warranty issue.
