Chapter 1 Safety 1.Safety summary As a manufacturer of laser equipment, we hope that users: Read this manual carefully before using the laser cleaning machine, so as to have a detailed understanding of the equipment safety and operation methods; Follow the operating procedures and safety specifications in this manual during the operation of the equipment.
Take care Our laser cleaning machine is classified into class IV laser products, and the average power of the product is more than 3000 watts. The mid-wavelength of the laser is 1080nm, which is beyond the visible light range. However, these beams may cause irreversible damage to the eyes. Therefore, qualified safety glasses must be worn when operating the laser cleaning machine.
4.Safety and protection measures Personnel training Only authorized, trained and instructed personnel are allowed to operate, maintain and assert the laser cleaning machine. Any operation other than those specified in this instruction is deemed to be not in conformity with the regulations. The user shall bear the sole risk for the loss of articles and personal injury.

Chapter 5 Common trouble shooting 1.The device does not power on after start-up Check whether the emergency stop switch is reset. Chapter 6 Packing, transportation and storage 1.Packing After the hand-held head and the optical fiber bellows are coiled evenly, the foam is placed on the optical fiber outlet and the hand-held head to ensure that the chassis will not damage the optical fiber due to bumpy transportation, and the turning radius of the corrugated pipe is more than 100mm.
