(A) PALANCA DEL LEVANTAMIENTO DEL
ACCESORIO - Se usa para levantar, bajar y
ajustar el conjunto segador o los demás ac ce-
so rios montados en su tractor.
(B) PEDAL DEL EMBRAGUE/FRENO - Se usa
para desembragar y frenar el tractor y para hacer
arrancar el motor.
(C) PALANCA DEL FRENO DE ESTACIONA-
MIENTO - Ase gu ra el pedal del embrague/freno
en la posición del freno.
(D) CONTROL DE ACELERACIÓN/ESTRAN-
GULACIÓN - Se usa para hacer arrancar y
controlar la velocidad del motor.

(E) PALANCA DEL EMBRAGUE DEL AC-
CESORIO - Se usa para enganchar las cuchillas
segadoras, o los demás ac ce so rios montados
en su tractor.
(F) INTERRUPTOR DE IGNICIÓN - Se usa para
hacer arrancar o hacer parar el motor.
(G) SISTEMA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO HACIA
ATRÁS (ROS) EN POSICIÓN "ON" - Permite la
operación del conjunto segador o otro accesorio
accionado mientras que en revés.
(H) INTERRUPTOR DE LA LUZ - Enciende y
apaga las luces de lan te ras.
(J) PALANCA DE CAMBIO - Selecciona la ve-
locidad y la di rec ción del tractor.

REPLACING BATTERY
WARNING: Do not short bat tery ter mi-
nals by al low ing a wrench or any other object
to contact both terminals at the same time.
Before con nect ing battery, remove metal
bracelets, wrist watch bands, rings, etc.
Positive terminal must be connected first to
prevent spark ing from ac ci den tal grounding.
1. Lift seat pan to raised position.
2. Remove terminal cover.
3. Disconnect BLACK battery cable then
RED battery cable and carefully remove
battery from tractor.
4. Install new battery with terminals in same
position as old battery.
5. Reinstall terminal cover.
6. First connect RED battery cable to posi-
tive (+) battery terminal with bolt and nut
as shown. Tighten securely.
7. Connect BLACK grounding cable to
negative (-) bat tery terminal with remain-
ing bolt and nut. Tighten securely
8. Lower seat pan.

TO REPLACE HEADLIGHT BULB
1. Raise hood.
2. Remove bulb hold er from the hole in the
back side of the grill.
3. Replace bulb in holder and install bulb
holder securely back into the hole in the
backside of the grill.
4. Close hood.
INTERLOCKS AND RELAYS
Loose or damaged wiring may cause your
tractor to run poorly, stop running, or prevent
it from starting.
• Check wiring.
TO REPLACE FUSE
Replace with 30 amp automotive-type plug-
in fuse. The fuse holder is located behind
the dash.
TO REMOVE HOOD & GRILL AS SEM BLY
1. Raise hood.
2. Unsnap headlight wire connector.
3. Remove retainer clip and washer from
right hand pivot pin.
4. Stand in front of tractor. Grasp hood at
sides and slide left removing hood from
pivot pins and lift hood off of tractor.
5. When replacing hood, reconnect the
headlight wire con nec tor, and reinstall
the washer and retainer clip on the right
hand pivot pin.

TO AD JUST THROTTLE CON TROL
CABLE

The throttle control has been preset at
the factory and ad just ment should not be
necessary Check adjustment as described
below before loosening cable. If adjustment
is nec es sary, see engine manual.

The choke control has been preset at
the factory and ad just ment should not be
necessary. If adjustment is necessary, see
engine manual.
