Settings

Temperature reduction

The boiling point for water is lower at
high altitudes. In order to avoid water
boiling, Miele recommend activating
the reduce temperature setting at alti-
tudes of more than 2000 m above sea
level. The maximum temperature is re-
duced to 80°C even when a higher
temperature is selected.
Factory default setting: the temperature
reduction setting is switched off.

Water plus

You can increase the amount of water
used in the wash programmes.
Options
– Water plus (factory default)
More water is used in the wash and
rinse stages.
– Extra rinse
An additional rinse is carried out.
– Water plus and Extra rinse
The water level is increased in the
wash and rinse stages and an extra
rinse is carried out.

Water plus level

There are four different water levels
which can be selected with Water
plus.
Level
– Normal (Factory default setting)
– Plus 
– Plus 
– Plus 

Maximum rinse level

The water level in the rinse cycle can
be permanently set to the highest
value.
This function is useful for allergy suffer-
ers as it achieves an excellent rinse res-
ult. Water consumption will increase.
Factory default setting: the maximum
rinse level setting is switched off.
