CONNECT SIGNALS TO THE TELEVISION
CONNECT A DIGITAL ANTENNA
The Digital tuner in this TV receives RF sig-
nals from an antenna. Other digital signals are
received through a STB via the Component
Input Jacks.
This DTV can receive and display ANY reso-
lution being broadcast (HDTV, EDTV, or
SDTV). The signal makes the difference.

ADDING NEW DIGITAL CHANNELS
DIGITAL ADD-ON SEARCH
Use this feature to add new digital channels or
to add digital channels with broadcast towers
that are in opposite directions from your home.
If necessary, after the initial search, turn the
antenna and use the On-Screen Menu to per-
form a Digital Add-on Search. Repeat these
steps for each direction in which there are
transmitting towers.
A Digital Add-on Search may take several min-
utes to complete.
NOTES: Digital Add-on Search will not affect channels
already in the channel database. It will only
add new channels that may be found.
Go to www.antennaweb.org and type in
your zip code to obtain specific tower vector
information.

CONNECT AN ANALOG SIGNAL
The analog tuner in this TV can receive
Analog Antenna signals, Analog Cable sig-
nals, or the RF output from a Satellite
Receiver, VCR, or cable box.
NOTE: The only resolution available with any of these
connections, regardless of the original content,
is standard analog (SDTV).

www.antennaweb.org, type in your zip code
and get a listing of the tower coordinates in
your area. The channel search process may
take several minutes. Please be patient.
