Prendere le doppie fruste o i doppi mescolatori (assemblati come descritto in precedenza) e montarle al gruppo spatole. Per fare ciò occorre spingere il coperchio (4) nella parte interna del gruppo spatole fino a sentire un click. Montare all’albero (11). COPERCHIO Montare il coperchio (2) al contenitore (12) girando in senso orario. -

WHISKS and MIXERS (Fig. 3) Fix the support (5) to the cover (4) pushing it in the cover (4), until you ear a click. Insert the gear (6) in its seat in the centre of support (5). Fix the mixers (7) or the whisks (8) to the steel pins of the support (5), pushing until you ear a click. For better mixing resulti t is adised to use whisks and mixers together with the spatulas set (3). -

CLEANING - Unplug the unit. Do not immerse the main body in water, only wash it with a damp cloth and non-abrasive detergent. Avoid any infiltration of water inside motor housing. Never wash steel pin (13) under running water or in the dishwasher; clean it with a damp sponge and dry it.
