Configure Poly TC8 VLAN Settings You can configure the TC8 virtual LAN (VLAN) settings. The VLAN ID of the Poly TC8 must match the VLAN ID of the system for system pairing to be successful. Note: VLAN isn’t supported in IPv6 environments. -

With the TC8 device, you can control and manage aspects of your paired Poly video system. Information about placing calls, managing content, and controlling cameras in this guide pertains to systems in Poly Video Mode. If your video system is in Partner Mode, refer to your conferencing provider’s documentation for information on controlling the system. -

Symptom: Your TC8 device was paired with a video system you can no longer access (for example, the video system lost its network connection or was moved to another location). Whatever the situation, the TC8 device screen now indicates it’s waiting to pair.
