Harmony BACKGROUND

First, thank you for choosing a Holmes Harmony® Air Purifier. The Harmony® Air Purifier was created because consumers, like you, provided a lot of feedback about what you wanted in an air purifier. With the features consumers want in mind, we worked with sound experts and engineers to make the unit quieter and smaller, with more advanced technologies. We designed a patented modular filter system for easier filter replacement. The result is an air purifier that is in harmony with your environment--it cleans your air and fits your life.

FEATURES

Dual Position- the air purifier can stand upright or lie on its side. Also designed to fit with its back flush against the wall. When positioning the unit, please be sure the air inlet grill, filters and air outlet are not blocked to ensure maximum airflow.

Equipped with GE motor for quieter performance and the added durability necessary for continuous use.

Filter Life Indicator- The Filter Life Indicator uses a series of lights to give you an indication of the remaining filter life. When the filters are new and in good condition, the top light will be illuminated green. As the filter life progresses, the Filter Life Indicator will move to yellow. At this point, the carbon and HEPA filters should be checked. When the Filter Life Indicator light is red, it is time to change the filters. (On the HAP675RC, there are 2 filter indicator lights. The first light will be in amber color when the filter is in new or good condition. Over a period of time, the filter performance will begin to decrease. At this point, the second light will become red.)

Remote Control/Push Button Controls (For HAP675RC only)
This unit offers a remote control for convenient operation from anywhere within your room. The push button control area also allows for easy operation. The HAP675RC can be controlled/operated by either the remote control handset or the manual push buttons on the unit. The remote control has 5 buttons – 4 speeds settings and power off. The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries.

BATTERY WARNING:

  • DO NOT mix old and new batteries.
  • DO NOT mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
