Notes on replacing the parts
Replacement of the parts listed below requires the following procedure.
After the parts are removed, eliminate loctite on threads by applying loctite remover, apply new loctite, and then install and tighten the parts to the specified tighten-
ing torques below. For details about recommended loctite and loctite remover, refer to Table 11-1, and for details about the replacement parts and their tightening
torques, refer to Table 11-2.

Undertightening and overtightening the parts affect water seal life. Tighten the parts to the appropriate tightening torques.
When installing the parts that are not listed above, observe the tightening torques in accordance with Table 11-3.
Always use a new O-ring or gasket.

Note
Apply loctite all over from the end of external thread to the second
ridge. After installing the parts, fix the parts for at least 30 minutes
Spray loctite remover over sealant on the threads, let the sealant
sit until soft, and then eliminate it with a wire brush.
