When the battery voltage is insufficient, and the
door cannot open from outside, you can power
up the lock through a 5V power bank as an
external power supply via the Type-C interface.
After opening the door lock, please replace the
batteries immediately.
The lips are located at the bottom end of the
inside escutcheon. You can open the inside
escutcheon cover by pulling it up from the lips
to remove the cover and replace the battery.
