Control System
1. Introduction
This section of the handbook will guide you
through the operation of the electrical system.
All details are correct at the time of going to
press. Please also see the online version which
will include any later updates or amendments.
Further technical details are contained in
section 3 or in the supporting technical manual
available from www.sargentltd.co.uk
For the safe operation of all electrical equipment
within your Leisure Vehicle it is important
that you read and fully understand these
instructions. If you are unsure of any point,
please contact your dealer / distributor for
advice before use.
The system has a number of key components
that you will need to be familiar with before
attempting to use the system, these are:
• The EC454PSU or EC456PSU Power Supply
Unit - a combined mains consumer unit and
12V controller usually located in a storage area
(lower bed box, wardrobe or similar).
• The EC463 Control Panel - a remotely located
user control panel used to turn circuits on and
off and to display battery, water tank and other
system information.
• The PX300 Intelligent 300W Battery charger.
