Questions and answers
Sul display della batteria di accumulo modello Senec.Home V3 Hybrid compaiono due messaggi: il alto mi dà “errore BMS 192.168.1.100. Mentre in basso: “ Sistema errore batteria sicurezza” Grazie
il display su invertere riporta questa dicitura: " non assegnare ip errore di autotest ,sistema:ecomunicazione inverter (4/6) "
Since one week Our Home V3 Hybrid installed 2022 is showing wattmeter error & missing IP. We power OFF unit in order to avoid battery deep lowering. Is there any action we can do lacally? We did open a service request but they are taking long to plan the visit. Thanks indeed Sandro.

To troubleshoot a SENEC Home V3 hybrid lithium battery that is not powering on, follow these steps:
1. Check the Circuit Breaker: Ensure the SENEC battery storage’s circuit breaker in the switchboard is switched on.
2. Restart the System: Try restarting the SENEC battery storage.
3. Verify Battery Module Status: If all battery modules are switched off, check if the Battery Management System (BMS) is offline. Restart the system if necessary.
4. Check for BMS Errors: If the system reports a BMS error, ensure the ambient temperature is within the allowed range. Adjust if needed and restart the system.
5. Inspect Battery Voltage: If there is a battery voltage error, there may be a discrepancy between the measured voltage and the battery type. This requires installer intervention.
6. Check for Emergency Charge Errors: If an automatic emergency charge error occurs, verify the circuit breaker and reset the system.
If the issue persists after these steps, further action from a qualified installer may be required.
