There are two ways to reset Admin password.
• By RUSB

for detailed information.
• By password reset disk
1. Sign in to Admin account.
2. Go to Control Panel and view by large icons or small icons.
3. Click User Accounts
4. Insert a USB flash drive and select Create a password reset disk, then
follow the on-screen instructions to finish the process.
There are two ways to reset the device to factory mode. :
• By MTR

• By Windows
1. Open the Start menu.
2. Click Settings ➙ Update & Security ➙ Recovery ➙ Reset this PC ➙ Get
Started.
3. Select Remove everything ➙ Local reinstall ➙ Next ➙ Reset. Then the
reset process has started.
4. After the reset process, the device will automatically restart. You need to
go through the OOBE process to configure windows.
CAUTION:
All data will be removed after device reset.
You need to upgrade the MTR application first and then finish the OS update via
Windows Update
