6. Installation

DANGER! Risk of injury from
cutting!
~ The blade insert|8, the grating disk|5
and slicing insert|4 are sharp. Handle
with care.
~ Only plug the mains plug|14 into the
wall socket after the food processor has
been completely assembled.
NOTE: the device is equipped with a safe-
ty switch. The bowl|11 can only be
locked with a closed lid|3 and can only be
put into operation once it's locked.
1. Figure A: place the bowl|11 on the mo-
tor block|15. The symbol
the bottom marking on the bowl|12. Do
not turn the bowl.
2. Place the drive axle|9 in the bowl.
3. Figure E: if required, place the slicing
insert|4 / grating disk|5 into the insert
holder|6.
4. Place the dough blade|7, the blade in-
sert|8 or the insert holder|6 with at-
tached slicing insert|4 / grating disk|5
on the drive axle|9.
5. Dough blade|7 / Blade insert|8: Fill the
prepared foodstuffs into the bowl|11,
as desired.
6. Figure A+B: place the lid|3 on the
bowl|11. The symbol
top marking on the bowl|10.
7. Figure B+C: turn the lid|3 in a clock-
wise direction as far as it will go, until
the symbol
|2 points to the top mark-
ing on the bowl|10.
8. Figures C+D: turn the bowl|11 in a
clockwise direction as far as it will go,
until the symbol
tom marking on the bowl|12.
9. Insert the mains plug|14 into a wall sock-
et corresponding to the technical data.

7. Operation

~ The insert holder|6, the blade insert|8
~ The device must never be operated with-
WARNING! In order to prevent damage to
the device, interrupt the blending process im-
mediately if the insert holder|6, the blade in-
sert|8 and the dough blade|7 are not turning

or are turning with difficulty. If this happens,
pull out the mains plug|14 and check wheth-
er there is something in the bowl|11 blocking
movement or whether the food is too tough.
Also check whether the device is assembled
correctly.
CAUTION: depending on the hardness and
consistency of the foodstuffs, do not fill the
bowl|11 to the maximum, as the insert hold-
er|6, the blade insert|8 and the dough
blade|7 could get blocked. Pay attention
here to the guideline values for various foods
in the "Processing table" section.
NOTE: for chopping harder foodstuffs, use
the setting P. Work with short pulses (1 pulse:
|2 points to the
turn on P for approx. 1 second). The number
and length of the pulses will depend on the
quantity and consistency of the food.
