To scan a document using the Canon PIXMA G3070 Series, follow these steps:
1. Placing the Document: - Open the document cover. - Place the document with the side to scan facing the platen (glass surface). - Align the document with the alignment mark on the platen. - Close the document cover gently, ensuring it stays closed during scanning.
2. Using the Document Feeder (if applicable): - Load the document with the side to scan facing up in the document tray. - Insert the document until it stops. - Adjust the document guide to match the width of the document, but do not slide it too tightly.
3. Duplex Scanning (if applicable): - For duplex documents, place the front sides facing up in the document tray.
4. Important Notes: - Ensure that portions of the document near the edges (approximately 0.1 inches) are not over the scanning area, as they may not be scanned.
Once the document is properly placed, use the scanning feature via the printer's display panel or the associated scanning software on your computer to start the scan.

can I copy a 4x6 photo on 3270 printer?

I have a Canon 3070 printer. I just refilled the black ink cell for the first time but it will still not print the characters in black, just the other colors on the page. The manual says to fill the well to the upper limit, but I do not have enough black ink, only about 2/3 of well, Do I need to get more ink to fill to the upper limit or is there a way to compensate for this problem?
Need help?
