    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS COMPRESSION OPERATION 1. Retract the Ram fully by opening the pump handle and rotating it fully WARNING clockwise.     TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Cause Solution Remove body handle and check on Insuf cient hydraulic oil. reservoir for proper oil level. The oil should be at the top of the reservoir when the cap is removed. Ram should be fully retracted The ram will not advance. before removing cap.
