OPERATION

Preparations
1. Never use high volatile fuel such as petrol etc.
2. Switch off the machine, pull out the plug, check that the flame has extinguished, and allow the machine to
cool before refilling with fuel.
3. Only use pure diesel without contaminants.
4. Make sure that the tank filter is installed before you start filling the fuel tank.
5. If you get fuel on the skin, wash immediately with soap and water.
6. Never touch the burner when it is, or has recently been, in operation and do not let the oil pump come in
contact with the burner, to prevent scalding or other injury.
HOW TO FILL THE TANK
When there is no fuel (diesel) in the tank:
1. Make sure the power plug is removed from the power source and the power switch is in OFF position
"OFF". Check that the flame has extinguished and wait until the machine has cooled.
2. Check that the tank is free from water and/or debris. Clean the tank if necessary.
3. Place the appliance on a stable and level ground. Remove the fuel cap, check that the filter is properly
installed and fill diesel in fuel tank. Do not overfill your heater!
4. Replace the filler cap and turn clockwise to tighten.
When there is some fuel (diesel) in the tank:

1. Only check the appliance after the flame has been extinguished, the machine has cooled and remove the
power plug from power source.
2. Before ignition make sure there is no fuel leakage. Never use the machine if there is leakage.
3. Check that the tank is free from water and/or debris. Clean the tank if necessary.
Safety before ignition
1. Check the fuel tank and make sure there is enough fuel in it.
2. Do not put your face near the heating part after the ignition.
3. Stop using the appliance if there is smoke or strange smell omitted.
4. Make sure the heater is ignited before you leave it.
Safety clearances
Minimum clearances: Air outlet (front) 3.5 metres, air inlet (rear) 2 metres, top 2 metres, side 2 metres.
