1. SAFETY

Locate seat in a suitable working area.
WARNING! Use seat on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.

Keep the seat clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice.

DO NOT use the seat for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

DO NOT stand on the seat.

DO NOT use the seat outdoors.

DO NOT get the seat wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.

DO NOT clean the seat with any solvents which may damage the paint surface or the protective coating on the padded seat base.

2. INTRODUCTION
Extra thick cushioned padding for added comfort when seated. Suitable for use in Bodyshop and Detailing environments as well as general
garage use. Easy-rolling Ø100mm rubber castors with ball-bearing swivel. Storage trays and sliding draw for tools and components.

5. ASSEMBLY
5.1.
Mount the rear panel (6) to the steel base(9) with
2 bolts (11) washers (12) and lock nuts (13).
5.2.
Slide the drawer holder (3) into the rear panel (6) with seat holder (2) on the top, lock the seat holder (2) with the rear panel (6) by 2
bolts (11).
Clip the front panel (5) to the front with steel base (9), drawer holder (3) and seat holder (2) in place, lock the bottom 2 holes with

bolts, washers, and lock nuts (11,12,13). Lock top 2 holes with 2 bolts (11).
5.4.
Mount 4 wheels (10) to the steel base (9) by each corner, be reminded there are 2 wheels with locks. Fix the wheels in place with
Lock Nut (8).
5.5.
Put the Foam cushion (1) on the top. Hang the trays (7) on both side of the seat. Insert the drawer (4) into the drawer holder (3)
6. MAINTENANCE
Before each use, inspect the overall condition of the unit for broken, cracked or bent parts that may affect the proper operation.
6.1.

Regularly check the tightness of all fixings before use.
6.3.
Smear the castor bearings with a thin film of silicone grease quarterly.
