Tips and troubleshooting
If a problem should occur, you can usually solve it quickly in one of the following ways:
•
When the keyboard makes a connection, the
battery indicator light is solid green for five
seconds (page 6). If it blinks red, the battery is
low; recharge the keyboard (page 7).
•
Make sure the power switch is in the
position (page 8).
•
Restart the diNovo Edge keyboard by turning
the power switch off and back on (page 8).
•
Make sure the keyboard is within Bluetooth
range, 30 feet (9 meters).
•
Reconnect your diNovo Edge keyboard to your
Macintosh computer with the Bluetooth Setup
On
Assistant (page 9).
•
Restart your computer.
