To properly install the chain guard on a Lectric XP Lite:

1. Remove the six screws around the perimeter of the pulley belt guard and take off the front part of the guard.
2. Use an 8 mm hex wrench to unscrew and remove the crank bolt.
3. Use a crank puller tool to remove the pulley.
4. Remove the rear part of the belt guard.
5. Place the new chain guard behind the chain stay.
6. Line up the front mounting tab with the mounting point behind the pulley and insert a 4 mm bolt.
7. Line up the rear mounting tab with the rear mounting point on the chain stay and insert another 4 mm bolt.
8. Reinstall the pulley, crank, and belt.

This process requires removing existing parts and using specific tools like a crank puller and hex wrench.
