To charge the internal batteries: 1. Ensure the hearing aids are off by switching the black power switch to the off position on each device.

Otherwise the WonderX will not charge. When you insert the hearing aid into the charging case correctly, you will feel the internal magnet pull slightly and the device click into place.

Choose Your Best Ear Dome The dome is the small, soft tip on the end of the hearing aid that goes into your ear. The WonderX domes come in three shapes and three sizes to perfectly fit your own ears.

Install the Ear Dome The ear dome covers the wax guard and makes the hearing aid fit in your ear.

1. Ensure the power switch is OFF, and turn the volume dial counterclockwise to make sure the volume is low. 2. Hold your WonderX from the removal thread on the bottom of the device, with the dome pointed up. Use your thumb and forefinger.

• You may need to pull gently down and back on your earlobe to make insertion easier. • Be gentle with your WonderX, and don’t yank or bend the removal thread. • Always clean your ears before using your hearing aids.
Volume To have optimal control over the volume and reduce feedback, adjust the volume while the WonderX is in your ear and powered on. At first, you can have someone else help you adjust the volume, or you can adjust it before you place it in your ear.

Be gentle and slow. 4. Slowly adjust the volume on both of your hearing aids. Do not pass 270°. Note: It can be helpful to adjust your WonderX while you have a radio or television on at a low volume.
This is normal and will diminish with regular use. It could take up to six weeks. To ease the process, follow the four-week plan below that gradually increases the amount of time you wear your WonderX.

Week: Begin wearing your new hearing aid(s) for 1–2 hours per day. You can wear them while you are at home watching TV, doing chores, or conversing with others. You might not notice much of a difference during week 1, but progress is happening.

Week: If possible, wear your hearing aids for about 5–6 hours per day during week 3. By now, conversations both indoors and outside should be easily tolerated. Wear your hearing aid(s) to work or a restaurant, and see what that is like. Week: You are ready to begin wearing your hearing aids...

5. Pull the tool with the attached wax guard out of the card, ensuring that the wax guard is attached to the end of the tool. 6. Push the wax guard firmly into the small end of the WonderX using the tool as shown in diagram B.
