    SECTION 3 DISASSEMBLY Main body section 3.1.1 Removing the top panel Top panel (See Fig.1) (1) From the top side of the main body, remove the four screws A attaching the top panel. (2) Remove the top panel from main body. Fig.1 3.1.2 Removing the rear cover (See Figs.2 and 3)

  • Page 12 DVD mechanism section • Prior to performing the following procedures, remove the top plate and rear cover, and remove the DVD mechanism assembly. 3.3.1 Removing the tray (See Figs.1 and 2) (1) From the left side of the DVD mechanism assembly, push Tray the slide cam in the direction of the arrow 1 and then pull out the tray in the direction of the arrow 2.

    SECTION 4 ADJUSTMENT TEST mode (See Fig.1) (1) This model is provided with a test mode for use in production QC, service and repair. (2) Before executing the test mode, if a tray is not completely close up, make power to standby from on to close up the tray. (3) After confirm that a tray is completely close up, pull off the power plug.
