SUBJECT：Infotainment/Navigation with failing functionalities
Vehicle Model：ZS EV
Description of Situation
The Infotainment systems fails to load certain functionalities such as Navigation, radio, vehicle
settings, etc.
Please use this procedure when the following problems occur:
•
Navigation can't be started
•
Problems with Bluetooth connection
•
Phone functions not working properly
•
System keeps rebooting

Operation
1. Please download the complete navigation file from the shared link.
2. Copy and unzip the file in a USB stick that has a size of more than 16GB with format
FAT32. Don't put the unzipped files in 1 file in USB flash drive!
3. Insert the USB in the USB port at the driver side

- Page 2 Service Information-TS 4. Wait until the system has recognized the USB drive. When the USB is ready you can see the USB logo at the left upper corner of the screen. 5. Please press Setup when the USB is connected SAIC Motor Europe Technical team, Aftersales Service Dept.
- Page 3 Service Information-TS 6. Please select System on the left bottom corner and press on the marked area in the shown order (the 4 corners of the system screen): 7. You will enter the Engineering mode of the infotainment system. Please click on version Info.
- Page 4 Service Information-TS 8. Please click on SW Update 9. Select and start OS+APP if you want to update/refresh the operating system. Select MAP+ License and start when you want to update/refresh the Navigation. SAIC Motor Europe Technical team, Aftersales Service Dept. SI-TS2020022401...
