7.21 Backwall

1. Prepare the computer for disassembly
2. Remove the computer cover
3. Remove all PCI and PCI Express expansion boards
Expansion
4. Press down on the green latch located on the front of the chassis next to the drives 1. This
disengages the drive cage.
5. Slide the drive cage forward until it stops 2.
It is not necessary to remove any drives from the drive cage. The drive cage is moved only to gain
working room.
6. Remove the power supply from the chassis
7. Disconnect all data and power cables from the system board except the cable to the heatsink.
