To reset the BIOS password on a Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q Series device, follow these steps:
1. Start the BIOS Setup Utility by pressing the Volume Down button before switching on the tablet. 2. Go to the Security menu. 3. Highlight Set Supervisor Password or Set User Password and press Enter. 4. Enter the current password when prompted. 5. When asked to enter a new password, press Enter twice without typing a new password. 6. In the Exit menu, select Save Changes & Exit. 7. Select Yes and press Enter. 8. The tablet will reboot, and the password will be removed.
Note: Removing the Supervisor Password also deactivates the User Password. If the password is forgotten, contact the system administrator or customer service.
