The power light on the Toto Washlet T1SW3014 is flashing because the main unit is not mounted properly. Additionally, the unit may not be working because it needs to be mounted correctly or the water needs to be resupplied. The flashing power light indicates that the unit is not functioning properly until these issues are resolved.
