Instructions for After Sale Service
1. Visit https://www.purafil.com/purashield-registration/ to register your device.
Purafil offers a two year warranty free of charge
(product appearance and consumable items are not included)
since the purchase date. The date of purchase is subject to effective
purchase receipts；

Service will be provided by completing the online warranty form or
warranty card and presenting effective purchase receipts. The warranty form
and purchase receipt need to be presented when requesting a service under
warranty.
3.
The warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
Any damage caused by human factors including using the

appliance under improper operating conditions, operating without
following the User Manual, and improper storage etc.
Unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, modification conducted

by the user or an unauthorized third party; failure to provide a
warranty card or effective receipts.
The appliance is damaged due to improper transposition or other

irresistible incidence (such as flood, fire, thunderstrike and
earthquake etc.) after the purchase.
