When your PuraShield Mini has the following problems, please unplug the unit first; the measures listed
below can be taken, or contact the nearby customer service centers established by our company for
assistance.
Common Problems
Failure to Turn On
Fan Operation Failure
Touch button has no reaction
Replaced Filter Mismatch
Major Air Quantity Decrease
Cause and Solution
Ensure the plug is plugged into the USB Port.
Ensure the car is powered up.
Verify if the power cord is well connected.
Check if the plug is well connected and conducting well.
Ensure the unit is turned on.
Check if the power cord is connected properly .
Check if there is any objects blocking the inlet/outlet of the appliance.
Check the filter condition, if it is too dirty change a new one
Check if the power cord has any short-circuit.
After checking, if the touch button still does not work, please contact
our hotline.
Check if the type number on the filter is CPUM-MINI-CART
Portable Air Purifier.
Ensure the filter is well suited in the filter slot.
Ensure there is no foreign objects blocking the opening of the filter.
Remove the plastic package when replacing filters.
Check and ensure there is no objects blocking the air inlet/outlet.
Check the filter condition. If it is too dirty, replace the filter.
