Troubleshooting

Possible Cause
There is still some water in the washer
dryer.
Door Lock may be activated.
Washer dryer may be switched off before
the door lock is released.
The water tap may not be turned on.
The water supply hose may be frozen.
The water supply hose may be kinked or
pinched.
The water inlet fi lter may be clogged.
Washing time may be prolonged if the load
is unbalanced, as the washer dryer tries to
correct the imbalance.
Washing time may be prolonged when there
is too much foam, as the additional action of
eliminating it is necessary.
The remaining time is continually corrected
and may change during the program.
The amount of foam varies depending on
the temperature, level of soiling and water
hardness.
Detergent may remain undissolved if it is
